The Proactive Inspections program goal is to inspect all multi-unit rental properties in the District of Columbia. Now all 4,300 plus multi-family rental properties in the District of Columbia will be inspected whether or not DCRA ever receives a single complaint.

Use A Third Party Inspection Agency

The property owner, their agent or the Third Party Agency under contract with the property owner must submit a Notice of Intent to Use Third Party Inspection Agency form for their project.
